Im very pleased with this bed. I ordered two in dark brown. They were fairly easy to assemble. All the tools were included plus extra screws just in case. Instructions were very clear; took about 30-40 minutes to assemble. Have been using them for a couple of weeks with a memory foam mattress. I didnt use the velcro strips to attach the mattress; the mattress doesnt slide. So far so good, the bed is steady and not squeaky, just make sure you line up the pieces well before you tighten the screws so the legs wont be wobbly. When the bed arrived, the box seemed heavy; however, after assembly the bed can be easily carried by two people because you can remove the wooden slats, which reduces the overall weight. This bed is made from solid wood, not particle board. The box says rubber wood, which is medium density hardwood. Overall, very good value for the price.
